I didn’t bother asking for a refund, getting her a talking to, etc. My only bad experience was due to being waxed by a new waxer. This business is OVERLY understanding of extenuating life circumstances and my experiences prove it. There was a time I was too late for the appointment and I didn’t get charged for missing it. There was a time my son had COVID and I didn’t get charged. There was a time my baby was sick and I had to cancel. There was one time I missed an appointment and I had no excuse. I’m sorry for the people that claim to have had surprise charges on their accounts, but in seven years I’ve never been charged for anything surprising. I’ve seen 6 waxers since 2015 and I’ve only ever had one bad experience. I’ve been a customer of theirs for many years.
